本文介绍了低压离子色谱仪使用的阴离子分离柱的制备，进行了Ｆ－、Ｃｌ－、Ｂｒ－；Ｆ－、Ｃｌ－、ＮＯ、Ｂｒ－、ＮＯ、ＳＯ混合阴离子的色谱分离，分离速度快，分离效果好，进行了重现性试验，标准偏差符合分析化学要求；午餐肉中ＮＯ、ＮＯ的分离检测获得满意结果。

The paper describes the prepartion of anion separation column for thelow-pressure ion chromatography. The mixtures of inorgeranic aiion of F-、Cl-、Br-;F-、Cl-、NO、Br-、NO、SO investigated for the separation and determination on own anioncolumn. Resolution and separation time accord with demand of the chemistry analysis. Variation coefficients of the determination are in the 1.2%limit.Determination of NO、NO in pork luncheon meat is successful.
