摘要
本文介绍了低压离子色谱仪使用的阴离子分离柱的制备,进行了F-、Cl-、Br-;F-、Cl-、NO、Br-、NO、SO混合阴离子的色谱分离,分离速度快,分离效果好,进行了重现性试验,标准偏差符合分析化学要求;午餐肉中NO、NO的分离检测获得满意结果。
The paper describes the prepartion of anion separation column for thelow-pressure ion chromatography. The mixtures of inorgeranic aiion of F-、Cl-、Br-;F-、Cl-、NO、Br-、NO、SO investigated for the separation and determination on own anioncolumn. Resolution and separation time accord with demand of the chemistry analysis. Variation coefficients of the determination are in the 1.2%limit.Determination of NO、NO in pork luncheon meat is successful.
