摘要
本文采用诱变处理和前体结构类似物定向筛选相结合的理性化筛选方法，获得了能耐前体的突变株。
Mutants resistant to precursors were obtained by subjecting the spores to mutagens and selecting by analogue of precursors technique. The mutants produced more antibioticthan the parent strains.
