摘要
对以野生南酸枣为原料制作南酸枣果茶的工艺进行了探讨,采用正文试验,选择了一个最佳配方,研制出营养丰富、风味独特的南酸枣果茶。
This paper has studied the technology by which south vvild jujube fruitnectar is made from south wild jujube.The optimum formula was selected by means of theorthogonal tests.The south wild jujube fruit nectar is of rich nutrition and specific flavour.
