摘要
石菖蒲(AcorusgramineusSoland.)分布于山溪沟谷水质良好的水体。本文以室内静态养植研究了石菖蒲对污水的反应。实验前期,石菖蒲根的生长受到抑制,出现部分烂根,根系活力下降;叶变黄,叶绿素含量降低。经养植旨,石菖蒲表现出很强的生根能力,根系活力增强,叶绿素含量增加,对污水中的重金属亦有较强的吸收富集能力。实验表明,石菖蒲对污水有很强的适应能力,可用于净化污水。
Acorus gramineus is distributed over the area such as valley,brook etc. where wateris clean. in this paper the reaction of Acorus gramineus in water had been studied in room. In the earlier stage of the test,the growth of the roots of A corus gramineus was re-strained,rotted roots and yellowing leaves could be seen,the activity of the roots becameweaker,and the contents of chforophyl became less. But after some time,Acoruse gramineus showed the powerful ability to produce roots,the ability of roots had been strengthened,thecontents of cholrophyl had been raised,and the ability to accumulate heavy metals was strong.the test indicates that the adaptability of A corus gramineus in waste water is powerful,and A-corus gramineus can be used to purify wastev water.
