摘要
本实验成功地诱导出栀子愈伤组织,对不同培养条件下的栀子愈伤组织生长和栀子黄色素的产生进行了分析研究。实验结果表明:B_5,MG-5基本培养基有利于愈伤组织生长;M-9基本培养基有利于黄色素的生物合成;在培养基中添加0~1.5mg/L IAA和0~0.25mg/LKT则对愈伤组织生长和黄色素产生都有促进作用,而IBA,BA,ZT的加入对两者都产生抑制;并且获得了色素含量较高的愈伤组织系。另外,还比较了含色素和不含色素的愈伤组织在培养过程中的过氧化物同工酶的差异。
Callus of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis had been induced successfully, and differentculture factors for callus growth and pigment formation were studied. According to experi-ments, the favorable basic medias for callus growth were B_5 and MG-5 media, and M-9basic media was the best one for pigment foramation, Callus growth and pigment formationwere promoted when IAA, which content was 0 -1.5mg/L, and KT, which content was 0 -0.25 mg / L, were added to the media. But both callus growth and pigment formation wereinhibited when IBA,BA and ET were added to the media, Authors also selected several cal-lus lines with high pigment content. Furthermore, the difference of the isozyme patterns ofperoxidase between the yellow and white callus was studied.
