摘要
在pH为2.5的氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲液中,在加热条件下,偏钒酸铵迅速氧化异丙嗪(又名非那根),得到一种樱红色产物,波长λ_max=520nm,而且异丙嗪的异构物氯丙嗪(又名冬眠宁)允许量较大。据此,本文提出了一个选择性较好的分光光度法,用以测定药物中异丙嗪含量,其浓度在2~10mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为0.8mg/L。
A simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of Promethazine inpharmaceutical preparations is described.The method is based on the oxidation ofpromethazine with Ammonium metavanadate in pH2.5 solution,then the absorbance ofcoloured compound was measured at 520 nm,The method is applied to the determination ofpromethazine hydrochloride in drugs. It is quick,and sensitive enough.
