应用于FMS的动画仿真

Animation Simulation in FMS.

柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）是提高生产率的一种相当新的战略。ＦＭＳ运行控制软件必须提供所有的控制管理及鉴视功能，以使其得到充分利用。该文提出了在运行控制软件中增加动画仿真功能模块，并在ＢＱ－ＦＭＳ上配备了动画仿真系统，实用效果表明，动画仿真功能的应用新颖、可靠、方便，不仅能生动具体地跟踪、鉴视现场，而且作为辅助工具，方便于运控核心软件的调试。

Flexible manufacture system is a relatively new policy that raises productiyity.The running control soft of FMS should have all the functions of controlling,managing and viewing so that the soft can be fully used.This paper presents that animation can be added to running control soft,and BQ-FMS can be supplied with animation system. The real effect shows that application of animation to FMS is novel,reliable. and convenient.It can not only trace and view workite,but also serve as an auxiliary tool to test conveniently the running control soft.
