讨论了其分子分母不具有零互质性的二维传递函数的ＢＩＢＯ稳定性，在一定条件下得到了一种新的充要判据。该判据将ＢＩＢＯ稳定性的判别问题转化为比较两个多项式结式的公因子重数问题，从而使问题在一定程度上得到简化。算例分析表明：该判据在某些方面的确优于许多现有结果。

In this paper,the problem of BIBo stability of 2-D transfer function without nonessential singularities of the second kind is discussed ,and a new necessary and sufficient criterion for the BIBO stability is obtained under some appropriate conditions. This criterion converts the problem of BIBO stability test into that of the comparison of the degrees of two polynomial resultants. Examples show that the new criterion obtained in this paper has more advantages in some aspects than many other existing results.
