研究在同一光学谐振腔内设置多个电极对，产生多光脉冲输出的ＴＥＡＣＯ＿２激光器中弧光放电对输出稳定性的影响。在此基础上，讨论如何提高器件输出稳定性的方法及措施。

Influence of arc discharge for the output stability on a multi-optical pulses output of TEA CO_2 laser with multi-electrodes in the resonator is studied.On the basis of that,the methods and steps to improve the output stability of devices are discussed.
