摘要
本文简单介绍了南航2m直径旋翼模型试验装置测量系统的5个测量分系统,及其设备配置、使用功能和测量精度。该装置的两个关键测量分系统是天平测量系统及旋翼桨叶应变测量系统。本文重点介绍了为提高这两个分系统的测量精度及减小测量误差,在天平设计、桨叶应变片粘贴、集流环性能、信号传输等方面所采取的方法及措施。
Five subsystems of the measurement system of a 2m diameter rotor model test facility of NUAA, including their equipments, functions and accuracy of measruements,are simply introduced in this paper. Two of them are the balance measurement subsystem and the blade strain gauges measurement subsystem which are very important to the facility. In this paper the emphases are placed on the methods and measures taken to raise the measurement precision and reduce the measurement errors through the following improvements: the balance design, the adhesion to the blade strain gauges, the propertis of slip ring and the signal transfer, etc.
