摘要
本文分析研究了无人机取发助推器的脱落安全性,研究对象是CK-1M无人机。根据风洞投放试验结果,设计了一对截锥体、截锥窝自动分离接头,从而改变了脱落方式,并调整了发射参数,以减小分离速度。同时确保双发助推器的同步性和安装对称性,消除了侧滑的影响;又因加上助推器增重,降低了助推器的投放轨迹,实现了CM-1M双发助推器的安全投放。
The drop safety of the boosters of the CK-1M pilotless aircraft is studied in this paper. According to the result of the drop test in the wind tunnel, an automatic unlocking joint is designed for a pair of the truncated cone and the socket, then the way of dropping out is changed, so that the launching parameters are adjusted in order to reduce the separation velocity. At the same time, as the synchronism and mounting symmetry of two boosters are ensured, it will result in eliminating the sideslip effects, and the boosters weight are increased. All mentioned reasons result in reducing the throwing locus. Thus,the drop for two boosters of the CK-1M pilotless aircraft will be accomplished safely.
