利用单色装置的部分偏振化测定二向色性研究

摘要 介绍了测量红外二向色性的一种新方法,利用单色装置的部分偏振化测定二向色性。根据双光路红外分光光度计的结构特点以及红外吸收规律,文中论述了利用单色装置的部分偏振化测定二向色性的可能性,并从红外二向色性原理和马吕斯定律出发,导出了用部分偏振光测定二向色性时透射率之间的关系式,与实验结果符合得很好。 A new method for measuring the dichrois is presented in this paper by means of partial polarization of the monochromators. Based on the characteristics of the structure of double-beam infrared spectrophotometer and the law of infrared absorption, this paper demonstrates a possibility of the measurement method of the dichrois by use of partial polarization of the monochromators. Starting from the principle of infrared dichrois and the E. L. Mains Law,the auther has deduced the relationship between the transmissivities with the measurement method as mentioned above. The auther adopts a polythene film as a sample after streching. Two test methods, namely, partial polarization light produced by the monochromators,and polarized light produced by linear grating polarizer are performed to measure the dichrois of the spectral bands 720cm(-1) and 731cm(-1). It is indicated that it is possible to measure dichrois by using partial polarization of the monochromators,and that the relationship between the transmissivities deduced by the auther is in accordance with the experiment results.
