摘要
对各种传热表面的板翅式紧凑热交换器进行了优化设计计算,建立了通用优化程序系统。此程序既适用于一般地面热交换器,也适用于飞机空调中的热交换器。与传统的设计计算相比较,优化设计的效果很好。热交换器优化后,肋片的形状变得更加合理,芯体传热表面更加紧凑。通过各种助片的计算得出,条状肋片为板翅式肋片中的最佳者。
The design optimization is accomplished on all kind of plate-fin surfaces of compact heat exchangers and its general optimization program is set up. This program can be used for not only the general heat exchangers, but also the heat exchangers in aircraft environmental control system. By way of the comparison between general design results andoptimum results, it is considered that the heat exchangers optimization is very effective, redueing greatly the weight and the volume of the compact heat exchangers, and the fins of heat exchangers become more compact and reasonable in structure. By the aid of computation, it is verified that the offset strip fin surfaces are the best of the plate-fin surfaces, according to the comparison of results of all kind of plate-fin surfaces.
