摘要
介绍了红外抑制器两种缩比模型的对比实验。大小两种模型几何相似比为2,燃气流量比为4,在模拟真实涡轮轴发动机排气的条件下,证明其降温能力和红外抑制效果是相同的。文中对红外抑制器对比试验控制参数、混合管壁面温度及红外辐射强度都列表进行比较,从而说明这种红外抑制器模型,如果放大尺寸比例应用于涡轮轴发动机上,也会收到同样的效果。
The contrast test of the two reduced-scale models of the infrared suppression is introduced. The size ratio of the bigger model to the smaller one is 2: 1, and the mass ratio of the flowing gas passing the models equals 4. Under conditions of simulating the exhaust gas of a real turboshaft engine, it is found that the abilities of reducing temperature and the effects of suppressing the infrared radiation for the two models are alike. Therefore, if the size of this infrared suppression model is amplified to apply to real turboshaft engines, the same effects can be got.
