摘要
对小型水平轴可变桨距风力机调速特性的大量风洞实验结果进行了分析,并结合理论予以讨论;研究了各有关参数对风轮调速特性的影响。结果表明,要使风轮得到理想的调速效果,必须综合考虑调速机构参数和叶片的设计,只要设计适当,在大于额定风速后,具有螺旋槽变距机构的小型水平轴风力机的转速随风速的变化可以基本保持额定转速不变,得到相当宽的工作风速范围。
Experimental research on a small horizontal-axis variable pitched wind turbine was carried out to study the behaviour and effectiveness of the rotational speed regulation device. The blades are coupled with the hub through a spiral grooved sleeve, so that the motion of the blade relative to hub is restrained, resulting in the blades able to attain at any intermittent position. When the rotational speed increases the centrifugal force acting on the blade, aerodynamic forces are counterbalanced by the tension of the compressed spring,tending to an increase in the pitch. The influence of different parameters on the regulator are studied in this paper. A brief description of the testing procedure and some discussions on the experimental results are made in details. It is found that by suitable selection of the control parameters a constant rotational speed and consequently a constant power output could be achieved in a wide wind-speed range.
