摘要
埋入式光纤应变传感器是近年来随着智能复合材料的发展而发展起来的一项新技术。将传感器和致动器埋置于复合材料中,就形成了智能复合材料。而光纤传感器具有尺寸小重量轻的特点,当把它们直接埋置于复合材料中时,它们也能在恶劣的环境下工作。它们的这些特点非常适合于制作埋入式传感器,并且能大大提高智能复合材料在航天等方面应用的潜力。本文仅对智能复合材料中的光纤应变传感器进行了探讨,介绍了几种常见的埋人式光纤应变传感器,讨论了它们各自的特点,并对能改进光纤应变传感器性能的光纤拼接的应用进行了分析。
The embedding optic fiber strain sensor is a new technology developed with the smart composite in these years. Embedding some sensors and actuators into composite materials, we can get a new kind of composite material: smart composite. Optic fiber sensors are small in size, low in weight and rugged in environmental use to be embedded directly into composite materials. These features make them very fit to be used as embedding sensors, and result in that the smart composite has the potential to greatly enhance the usage of practical composite material in aerospace and other fields. In this paper, the optic fiber strain sensor used in smart composite is discussed, some kinds of embedding optic fiber strain sensors commonly adopted are introduced, the specials of these sensors are discussed, and the method of piecing optic fiber together which can raise the functions of optic fiber strain sensor is analysed.
