摘要
稀土永磁方波无刷直流电动机是静止功率变换器和电机设计相结合的产物。本文分析了稀土永磁方波无刷直流电动机的控制性能,指出它具有将电机磁场定向控制简化为磁极位置控制的特点,从而控制简单又提高控制性能。为此在稀土永磁方波无刷直流电动机调速系统中,采用了两态稳频电流调节器、PWM电子换向器、电流分时反馈等具有特色的线路设计。实验结果表明,该调速系统体现了静止功率变换器与电机配合运行的特点,验证了稀土永磁方波无刷直流电动机的控制性能。整个系统电磁转矩平稳、调速精度较高,在起动、运行和制动状态均有良好性能,具有广阔的发展前景。
The rare-earch permanent magnet square wave brushless DC motor is a product of combining static power converter with electric machine design. In the paper,its control properties are analysed. It is pointed out that it has a characteristic of simplifying the field oriented control to the position control of poles with simple control and improved control properties. Characteristic control circuits including delta modulators for current regulators,PWM eletronic commutator and technique of current feedback in turn are applied to its speed control system. Experimental research shows that the speed regulation system embodies the characterstocsof static power converter operating with the motor,verifies the control properties of the rare-earth permanent magnet square wave DC motor, and has steady eletromagnetic torque, high precision speed control and good control properties in starting,operating and braking processes. There will be a broad prospect for its development.
