摘要
提出了新的示图作法，即通过引入热效率，将冷热流体的能级统一在一张图上的作图法，可以给出换热器中冷热流体的变化和损情况。据此可定量、简便、直观地对ＳＰ赛预热器的换热情况进行热力学分析，并为热利用的改善指明方向。
A new method for drawing diagram to show exergy(availability)was offered by introducing the calorific efficiency to unite energy grade of hot fluid and cool fluid into one diagram,whichcould give the exergy chanp of hot fluid and cool fluid as well as the exergy loss in the heat exchanger.Therefore,the thermodynamic analysis for heat exchange in a preheater of SP kiln is given quantitatively,conveniently and directly,and the direction for improving the energy utilization is also pointed out.
