摘要
根据县级教育发展的特点，用系统动力学的方法建立了包括教育、经济和社会３个子系统的整体动态模型。它可以用于县级教育发展战略的研究和进行政策分析，为制定与经济、社会相协调的教育发展规划提供科学的依据。作者以江苏省东海县的实际应用为例，说明了该模型的有效性、稳定性、灵活性和实用性。
In the light of the characteristics of county-level educational deV6lopment,this article usesSystem Dynamics method to construct an integral dynamic model which includes education subsystem,economy subsystem and society subsystem in it.It can be applied as a tool to the strategic study ofcounty-level educational development and to policy analysis as well.The model provides scientific basis for establishing an educatioflal development programme that coordinates with relevant economy andsociety situations.The effectiveness, stability,flexibility and practicability of this model have beenfurther exemplified by its application in Dong Hai county,Jiang u province.
