摘要
本文研究采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定粮食中铜、锌、镍、铅、镉的含量,对样品消解方法、背景干扰和测定结果的准确度和精密度均进行了比较试验。
The contents of copper, zinc, nickel, lead and cadmium are determined by air—acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Accuracy and precision are effected by the method of sample destructive decomposition as well as perturbation of background, The restIt is satisfactory.
