摘要
根据高压水射流系统研究需要,该文给出了所建立的GYS—300系统原理图及其主要装置特性。文中重点阐述了高压容器对水射流系统动态压力特性影响的试验及其结果分析。试验结果表明采用合理的选配高压容器,可使往复式增压器高压水射流系统获得良好的动态工作特性,并使所研制的水射流系统具有工业应用前景。文末还给出了该系统高压清水射流穿孔试验的有关结果。
In order to make research on high pressure waterjet system,the paper has developed GYS 300 system.The principle and feature of its main device are introduced.Tests for the effect of pressure vessel on dynamic characteristics of high prerssure waterjet system show that through the use of properly fitted pressure vessel,high pressure waterjet system with reciprocating intensifier can obtain good dynamic characteristics,which makes the system promising of industrial application.The paper also Rives the results of test for high pressure water punching.
