摘要
以二次正交旋转组合设计为数学模型,系统地研究了五个变量因子对竹帘板胶合强度的非线性影响,得出了回归方程,并利用正交设计计算法优化了工艺。结果表明:当选用涂胶量225g/m ̄2、增强剂添加量8%、热压条件:温度105℃、压力3.65MPa和加压时间8.4min的优化工艺时,胶合强度达到了回归方程的预测值1.36MPa,超过日本普通2类胶合板要求。此外,竹片间隙对胶合强度也有较大影响。
Bamboo-curtain Plywood is a kind of bamboo-based panels.In this article,5 factors havebeen analysed systematically for the glueability of bamboo-curtain plywood with the regression rotarydesign of second order.The optimum conditions of technique are as follows:temperature 105℃, pressure 3. 65 MP&,time 8. 4 min during hot-pressing and glue-spreading content 225 g/m2,strengthening agent content 8 %. According to these conditions,the shear strength has reached 1. 36 MPa overthe value limited for type 2 plywood in Japan standard. In addition,the glueability has been affectedby the gsps between strands.
