阿斯匹林中水杨酸的二阶导数光谱法测定

摘要 样品用无水乙醚提取,乙醚挥发后的洁净物用无水乙醇溶解,采用二阶导教光谱法,在190—400nm范围内扫描,用其峰值,得出阿斯匹林药片中水杨酸的含量.此方法不需复杂的分离手续,不受信号干扰,操作简便快捷. A second-order derivative ultraviolet spectrometric method was developed fordetermination of salicylic acid in aspirin.The sample was extracted with dehydrated ether,the organic layer was evaporated to dryness,the residue was dissolved in dehydrated alcoholand scanned in the range of 190-400urn,determined the content of salicylic acid at 326um.This method is rapid and easy to handle with a conventional extraction procedure and satisfactory sensitivity.
