摘要
首次研究了国产湿地松(Pinuselliottii)及云南松(Pinusyunanensis)树皮单宁的化学组成。二者均为聚合的原花青定。在组成单元中,前者以2,3-顺式为主,后者合2,3-反式单元较多。对单宁的分子量、甲醛值及凝胶时间也做了探讨。
Chemical constitution of tannins from domestic barks of Pinus elliottii and Pinus yunnanensis were first studied to be polymeric procyanidins,which are constituted mainly by unitS with 2,3-Cisconfiguration in that of P. elliottil,and of 2,3-trans configuration in that of P.yunnanensis.Molecular weight.Stiasny value and gel time of tannins were also Studied.
