摘要
通过对现有碱性果胶酶产生菌的筛选和诱变,获得了一株碱性果胶酶高产菌株Erwiniachrysanthemi201,该菌株与出发菌相比,产酶期提前,12h的产酶量为出发菌株的4倍。试验表明,该菌株能使红麻快速脱胶,是一株很有希望用于生物制浆的优良菌株。
A variant strain Erwinia chrgsanthemi 201 with high alkalophilic pectinolytic enzymes was obtained after screening and induced mutaion. As compared with the orginal strain, the endo-polygalacturonase (endo-PG) productivity course of variant strain was more rapid, the endo-PG activity for 12 h has increased by 4 times. Experiments indicted the organism E. chrysanthemi 201 was capable of rapid alkaline retting of kenaf, a promissing strain for biopulping.
