摘要
汽车制动效能的台架检验通常在制动试验台上进行,但台架检验只能给出汽车制动效能的状态参数,而故障的判断仍然需要人工进行。本文提出一种汽车制动系故障微机自动诊断系统,其中包括信号采集、数据处理及故障判断显示,可大大提高故障诊断的效率和准确度。
The rack tests of automobile braking effect are carried out on a braking experimental device. But the rack tests have only given the seatic parameters of automobile braking effect, and the determination of trouble still requires manual work. The authors have established, with the aid of computers, an automatic diagnosis system of automobile braking device which includes signal sampling, data processing, and trouble determining and displaying. The system can improve the efficiency and the accuracy of trouble diagnosis.
