摘要
以稻田杂草稗、鳢肠和鸭舌草作试验材料,将它们的子实与水稻在光照培养箱中用培养液进行培养.1d后加入除草剂,其加入量与每公顷田地面积用量成比例.7d后,观察根和叶的受害症状.结果表明,配方Ⅲ比单施了草胺增效明显,与恶草灵相比,虽增效不显著,但对水稻的安全性要比恶草灵大大提高.
The weed seeds of Echinochloa crusgalli, Eclipta Prostraia and Monochoroa vaginalys in the rice field were cultured with rice sceds in an illuminating incubator. Twenty seeds of each weed and ten rice sceds were sown in 9 cm-diemeter petri dish, which 5 ml Hoagland's nutrient solution was added to. After culturing for 1 day, the mixed herbicides were sprayed in each dish in the amount equally used for 1 hm2,with a 1 ml-injector. After maintaining for another 7 days, the Symptoms of root and leaf injury of weed seedling were recorded. The result showed that Mixture Ⅲ had an obvious synergized action over Butachlor used singly. Compared with Oxadiazon, the synergized action was not significant, but the safety to rice seedlings was greatly increased.
