摘要
冷驯化和ABA处理均诱导兴津温州蜜柑(citrusunshiuMarc)抗寒性的发育,且ABA处理使其进程加快.在抗寒性发育过程中,叶细胞电解质外渗率、丙二醛水平下降,膜稳定性提高;过氧化物酶活性增加,出现了pI8.4新同工酶;超氧物歧化酶活性提高近1倍.并有pI5.5同工酶产生;游离态精胺、亚精胺含量增加,腐胺含量下降;细胞膜蛋白质含量增加、组分改变,4种膜特异蛋白质得以诱导,分子量分别为104000,37000,30000,17000.
Cold resistance was induced in Citrus unshiu Marc. by artificial cold acclimation(CA) and ABA, the proceeding quickened by ABA. During the development of cold resistance, the rates of cletronic conductivity and melodialdehyde contents decreased. Membrane stability became stronger. Peroxidase and surperoxidase activities, as well as free-spermine and spermidine contents incrend. PI 8.4 peroxidase isozyme and pI 5.5 surperoxidase isozyme appeared, but free-putrescine contents decreased dramatically.Membrane protein contents increased and profiles altered. Four cold specific membrane proteins (M. W.104000, 37000, 30000, 17000) were induced.
