摘要
在高产栽培条件下.通过切除玉米(掖单6号)雄性花序和果穗以及应用5种植物生长调节物质处理去雄的花轴切口等方法,分析比较了这些处理对植物顶叶和穗位叶的叶绿素含量动态变化.结果表明:以穗位叶为界,生殖生长前期,与下部叶片由下而上逐步褪绿的同时.上部叶片叶绿素含量仍继续增加至抽雄后30d才开始大幅度下降.整个生殖生长期间,越近果穗位的叶片叶绿素含量越稳定,雄性花序可促进顶叶叶绿素含量上升,果穗在抽穗后30d内可延缓穗位叶叶绿素含量下降.ABA和乙烯利可抑制顶叶叶绿素含量上升,它们与BA、GA3和NAA的作用相反.作者还从生殖器官与营养器官相互作用的角度对玉米整株叶片衰老顺序作了分析。
The chlorophyll level of top ear position leaves was respectively inverstigated of the plants whose developing ears and/or tassels had been cut off and whose tassels had been treated with 5 kinds of plant growth regulators in high yield plot. The results showed the ear position leaf born the least fluctuation of chlorophyll level all the time while leaves beneath it kept fading from base to above and those above it had been continuing to raise chlorophyll level till the 30th day after tassel earing,and then a dramatical drop began.The rise of chlorophyll level in top leaf was accelerated by its tassel while the degeneracy of ear position leaf chlorophyll was retared by its ear within initial 30 days of ear developing. Contrary to BA,GA3 and NAA,both of ABA and CEPA suppressed the rise of top leaf chlorophyll level on being applied to the axila cuts after tasseling.
