朱砂叶螨体表的扫描电镜观察

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION ON THE BODY SURFACE OF TETRANYCHUS CINNABARINUS(BOISDUVAL)

朱砂叶螨雌成螨表皮肤纹突起，在第Ｉ对背中毛之间为三角状，密度为８．６个／１０μｍ；第Ⅱ、Ⅲ对背中毛之间的为串珠状．密度为３．３５个／１０μｍ；第Ⅲ、Ⅳ对背毛之间的也是串珠状，密度为７．６６个／１０μｍ；第Ⅳ对背毛之间区域为三角状，密度为７．９个／１０μｍ．腹部和足上无任何效突．生殖区肤绽放射状，上部区域有粒点，无纹突．眼背侧区域肤纹纵向，纹突三角状，密度为８．１个／１０μｍ．腹部区域肤纹斜向，无纹突．雄成螨末端尖，体背有３～４条深凹陷，体背腹表皮均无肤纹突起。

The integumentary lobes between the two first dorsal setae of adult females of Tetranychuscinnabarinus(Boisduval)were in triangle form,the density being 8.6/10 μm,integumentary lobes between the second and the third dorsal setae in bead form,the density 8.35/10 μm;integumntary lobes between the third and the fourth setae in bead form,the density 7.66/ 10μm; integumentary lobes between the two fourth setae in triangle form,the density 7.9/10μm.There were no integumentary lobes on the ventral surface and legs.The infoldings of genital area were in radiated form,with granules and without integumentary lobes.The infoldings of the dorsal and fateral areas of eyes were longitudinal,the integumentary lobes were in triangle form,the density being 8.1 / 10μm, the infoldings of the ventral area of eyes were slanting,no integumentary lobes were found.No integumentary lobes on both the dorsal and ventral surfaces of adult males were found.
