摘要
报道了猪淋巴结内一种特殊的嗜伊红性颗粒细胞(暂定名)的超微结构和几种酶的电镜细胞化学特征.该细胞主要分布于猪淋巴结的髓质和皮质一髓质交界区,呈圆形或椭圆形,核也呈圆形或椭圆形,细胞质中含有较多的特殊颗粒,其它类型的细胞器较少.特殊颗粒有单层膜包裹.内容物电子致密度高,Mg2+-腺苷三磷酸酶(Mg2+-ATPase)、酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)、非特异性脂酶(NSE)、5'-核苷酸酶(5'-AMPase)细胞化学反应均呈阳性.Mg2+-ATPasc主要定位于细胞膜,ACPase均匀分布于特殊颗粒内,NSE分布在特殊颗粒膜和颗粒内,5'-AMPase主要定位于颗粒膜。
The fine structures and some enzyme cytochemical features of the eosinophilic granular cells of gig lymph nodes were studied at electron microscopical level.The eosinophilic granular cells,mainly locatedin medulla and cortex-medulla junction,possessed a round or ovoid nucleus and numerous cytoplasmic granules.The granules had a highly electron-densed mains enveloped by a unit membrane.It has been demonstrated in this experiment that the eosinophilic cells contain acid phosphatase (ACPase),Mg2+-adenosine triphosphatase(Mg2+-ATPase), 5'-nucleotidase(5'-AMPase),non-spesific esterase(NSE). The ACPase is located in the granule matrix,the NSE in the granule matrix and its surounding membrane, the 5'-AMPase in the granule membrane and the Mg2+-ATPase in the cytoplasma membrane.
