摘要
本文推导了由一群体随机抽取出t个基因型的单因素遗传设计中不同田间试验设计(单向分类及一年一地、一年多地、多年多地的随机区组)所估计的遗传参数的抽样方差,包括单性状遗传力和表型、遗传、环境方差及两性状间相应协方差、表型相关系数、遗传相关系数、环境相关系数、相关遗传力等相关遗传参数的抽样方差。
Theoretical derivation was conducted to estimate the sampling variances of the genetic correlationparameters such as phenotypic, genotypic and environmental correlation coefficients and correlative heritability be tween traits in genetic designs of single factor with t genotypes sampled randomly from a population for different experimental designs(desisn 1, one-way classification, design 2, 3, 4, randomized complete blocks in one location forone year, in one location for Y year, in L locations for Y years, respectively). The sampling variances of heritabili ty, phenotypic, genotypic and environmental variance of one trait and covariance between traits in these experimentswere also obtained.
