摘要 朱砂叶螨的表皮由上表皮、外表皮、内表皮和皮细胞层组成,上表皮由里向外可分为电子致密层、角质精层、蜡层和护蜡层,厚度为0.053μm;原表皮分为外表皮和内表皮两层,外表皮厚0.145μm,内表皮厚0.684μm;外表皮向外延伸形成脊和叶,脊高0.815μm,宽0.105μm,脊距1.105μm;皮细胞层平均厚度为0.793μm。蜕皮时,首先上表皮物质沉积,形成片层结构;然后皮细胞分化,脊状突起渐出现;之后,皮细胞物质积累,脊状突起显著;最后,内表皮渐渐蜕去,被溶解。 The cuticle of Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval) is composed of epicuticle and under procuticle. Theformer is differentiated into dense layer, cuticulin layer, wax layer and cement layer; the latter is composed of exocuticle extending to the ridges, and endocuticle whose lamella varies according to the stages, the dorsal or ventral surfaces, and the various Parts of the mite. For adult female mite, the average ridge height is 0. 815 μm, and the distance between ridges is 1. 105 μm. The endocuticular lamella are 5-10 in number, each of them being 0. 10-0. 15 μmthick. The thickness of total cuticle is about 0. 882 μm. The cuticles of chrysalis stages have higher ridges and less orno lamella in endocuticle. While the cuticles of adult male contain much lipid and glycogen particles. The moultingprocess begins with the deposition of epicuticular materials, then epidermic cells differentiate and the ridges appear,af ter that epidermic materials deposit, ridges are apparent, finally endocuticle is increasingly casted off and dissolved.
