摘要
从表现黄化和卷叶症状的蚕豆病株上分离到病毒B-2分离物。它只能由豆蚜、豌豆蚜、棉蚜和桃蚜以持久性方式传毒。豆蚜可以终生传毒,传病有间歇性。病毒B-2分离物可以侵染14种豆科植物。酶联免疫吸附测定表明B-2分离物与菜豆卷叶病毒和甜菜西方黄化病毒有血清学关系。根据传病分体、寄生范围和血清学反应,将病毒B-2分离物鉴定为菜豆卷叶病毒(BLRV)的一个蚕豆株系,属于大麦黄矮病毒组。
The B-2 isolate was isolated from broad bean (vicia faba)in Nanjing characterized by yellowing androlling of leaves. The isolate was not transmitted by sap inoculation, but persistently by four species of aphids. It wastransmitted more efficiently by Aphis craccivora and acyrthosiphon pisum, less efficiently by Aphis gossypii and .Myzus persi cae,but not by Aphis glycine. The transmission of the isolate by A.craccivora required minimum aequisition access periodof 30 minutes, latent period of 12 - 96 hours, and minimum inoculation period of 30 minutes. The isolate persistedin A. craccivora through ecdysis and up to 30 days. The isolate could infect 14 species of legumes. It reacted stronglywith antisera to beau leaf roll virus and beet western yellows virus by ELISA. Based on these characteristics, it wassuggested that B-2 isolate was a strain of bean leaf roll virus in Luteovirus group.
