摘要
本文对华东五省丘陵山区农村外向型经济发展的资源条件，现状与存在问题，发展方向、道路、目标及产业战略，创汇商品生产基地的建设和发展的战略措施等方面的问题作了较深入的阐述。
The peper discusses the development of the rural export-oriented economy on hilly mountain area infive provinces of East China, The following problems were deeply analyzed such as: resource conditions, present situ ation and problems, development of dirction, ways, aims and industrial strategy, construction of commodity productive base for foreign exchange, development of strategy measures etc.
