摘要
于金坛农村心血管病防治点35~59岁人群中,随机抽取178名进行春秋两季各连续3天的24小时回忆法膳食周查、8小时夜尿钠钾及肌酐定量,同期测定血压取其6天均值。采用多元回归方法作个体每日营养素、夜尿钠钾排量与血压水平的相关分析,经摒除年龄、性别、体量指数(BMI)、高血压家族史及饮酒习惯等因素后,其结果显示经总热量校正后的脂肪进食量及经肌酐校正后的尿钠排量与血压水平呈正相关,而进食总热量(kcal)则与其呈负相关。
Dietary surveys were done using a standardized 24-hour recall method and the timed overnight urine sodium, potassium and creatinine(standardized to 8 hours) were determined in a total of 178 farmers, aged 25 to 59 years, of Jiangsu province from Autumn 1984 to Spring 1985. A common food table was used to estimate nutrients intake. For each subject of the test group the relationship of nutritional factors and dietary electrolytes to blood pressure was studied by multiple regression analyses adjusted for age, sex, body massindex,hypertensive family history and alcohol intake habit. The results revealed a significant positive association of mean daily intake of fat and urine sodium cxcretion with systolic, diastolic and mean arterial blood pressure. Whereas the total energy(Kcal)intake is negatively associated with the systolic blood pressure.
