长期小剂量利尿复方制剂对血压及血脂血糖血钾的影响

Effect of Low Doses of Diuretics with Reserpine in Long-term Treatment of Hypertension on Serum Lipids, Glucose and Potassium

报道了长期应用小剂量利尿剂为主的复方制剂降压治疗对血脂、血糖及血钾代谢的影响，经连续五年的观察，结果表明这种复方制剂降压治疗可取得满意控制血压的效果，同时明显减少不良反应，对总胆固醇（Ｔｃ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）无明显不良影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）。适当加用保钾利尿剂，防止了低钾的发生，同样观察到血糖水平较原先为高（Ｐ＜０．０５），但其均值尚在正常范围之内，认为长期小剂量利尿剂为主的复方制剂降压治疗是安全、有效、可行的药物，且价格低廉，更适合在高血压病人群防治中使用。

The effect of low doses thiazide diuretics triamterne in combination with reserpine in longterm treatment of essential hypertension on serum lipids. Glucose and potassium was investigated. The results showed that during the treatment, no rmarkable alteration in total cholesterol, triglycerides and potassium were observed. However, there was a mild elevation of blood glucose (P<0.05) despite the average blood glucose concentration was normal. This result suggests that the efficacy of this regime is satisfactory, in addition, its low cost is another advantage and so it is available for the community control of hypertension.
