87例骨髓增生异常综合征血象骨髓象分析

Morphological Analysis of Peripheral Blood Cells and Bone Marrow Cells on 87 Cases of Myelodysplastic Syndrome

对我院87例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的血象与骨髓象进行了分析,并对MDS分型标准进行了讨论,通过对比分析,我们认为FAB分型中MDS的母细胞百分率计算法亦应按非红细胞计数进行。

The cell morphology in 87 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) was analyse d and the diagnostic standard of MDS was discussed. Compared with the class-fication of FAB, we suggested that the diagnostic standard of MDS made by FAB should be modified, it was logical to count the percentage of blast cells with non-erythrocytic blast cells.
