半微分阳极溶出伏安法应用于水样和发样中铜、铅、镉、锌的测定 被引量:2

摘要 研究用半微分阳极溶出伏安法同时测定水样和儿童发样中的铜、铅、镉、锌,选择了最佳测定条件,在乙二胺-三乙醇胺溶液中,作出很好的极谱图。峰电流与铜、铅、镉,锌浓度在5~75μg/L范围内呈线性关系,回收率在98%~106%。方法迅速、简便、灵敏、准确。 Using semidifferential anodic stripping voltammetry, simultaneous determination of Cu, Pb, Cd and Zn in tap water and children's hair were done. The research was carried out under optimized conditions. It is suggested that with a solution of 1,2-Ethanediamine-Triethanolamine, it gives a well-defined polarogram. The peak islinearly related to concentration of Cu, Pb, Cd and Zn over the range of 5 to 75μg/k Thepercentage recoveries are 98%-106%. This method is rapid, simple, sensitive and accurate.
