摘要 给两组小白鼠分别灌胃20%乙醇溶液和含柠椽酸40g/L的20%乙醇溶液后,测定乙醇在小鼠体内氧化过程中血液和胃中乙醇及其代谢物乙酸基浓度。实验表明,在摄入乙醇溶液同时撮入柠檬酸溶液组,乙醇在胃中残留量较高,血液中的乙醇和乙酸基浓度较低。说明柠椽酸可抑制乙醇的胃排空,从而增大乙醇在胃中氧化比例,减小肝脏和身体对乙醇的生物利用度,最终减轻乙醇中毒程度。 20% alcohol and 20% alcohol containing 40 mg/ml of citric acid were given to two groups of mice respectively per os by gavage. Concentrations of ethanol and acetate in blood and in gastric contents were determined to follow the course of its oxidation. Citric acid, when taken together with alcohol, acts by way of retardation of emptying of alcohol in the stomach with a higher level of gastric ethanol and a lower blood level of both ethanol and acetate in blood. The authors claimed that citric acid increases the amount of alcohol oxidized in stomach and, in turn, reduces the bioavailabil-ity of ethanol in liver leading to a reduction in intoxication.
