摘要
本文总结了本院血液病门诊自１９８７年至１９９１年分型治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血５２例，结果阴虚型、阳虚型、阴阳两虚型的基本治愈率和总有效率分别为１２．５％、４２．９％、３２．５％和５０％，８５．７％，８９．２％．认为慢性再障以阳虚型和阴阳两虚型为多见，阴虚型较为少见，且疗效较差．
Abstract This poper summarizes the therapeutic results of 52 cases of chronic aplastic anema treated in the hematopethy clinic of the hospital from 1987to 1991.Treatment was given according to the syndromes of deficiency of yin,deficiency of yang and deficiency of both yin and yang.The basic cure rateand general effective rate of the three syndromes were respectively 12.5 %,42.9 %,32.5 % and 50%,85.7%,89.2%.It considers that the syndromes ofdeficiency yang and deficiency of both yin and yang are more common in chronic aplastic anema.Deficiency of yin is rare and difficult to treat.
