Abstract This experiment shows that Compound Anti-Pregnancy No.1 has marked effect inpreventing early pregnancy in mice. It can cause deciduation of the endometriumof early pregnant mice, marked atrophy and degeneration of the yellow body of ovary and death, absorption and disappearance of embryonic tissue. It does not cause the uterus to contract and excrete the embroyo.
