Abstract:We used Hydroxy-camptothecine instead of 5-Fu, combined with ADM, MMC for the treatment of 30 patients with advanced gastric cancer.The response rate of combination chemorherapy(CR+PR)was 33.3%.The remission rate was 70%.The effect rate of combination chemotherapy had no difference conpared with that of FAM control group(P>0.05),the adverse reactions were not severely,and showed significant difference compared with controal group(P<0.01)
