摘要
4ppm的Na2SeO3对麦穗鱼的微核率有显著的影响(P<0.05),所以se在一定浓度下是致突变剂,而0.1ppm的Na2SeO3对麦穗鱼的核异常率有极显著的影响(p<0.01),因此,0.1ppm应视为有毒效应浓度。麦穗鱼可用作淡水水体致突变物污染的监测生物。
ppm sodium selenite shows an obvious effect on the erythrocytes micronucleus rate of Pseudorasbora parve (P<0. 05), threrfore Se at a certain concentrations is a mutagenic agent. But 0. 1ppm sodium selenite has an very obvious effect on the rate of abnormal nuclei of Pseudorasbora parve (P<0. 01 ), so sodium selenite at the 0. 1ppm concenration should be regarded as having toxicity effect.Pseudorasbora parve can be used as a monitor organism to detect mutagenic agents in fresh water bodies.
