摘要
本文采用损伤兔眼浅层结膜，造成损伤型金葡菌和绿脓杆菌性结膜炎动物模型；采用洛美沙星滴眼液滴眼治疗，结果表明，洛美沙星滴限液对金葡菌和绿脓杆菌性结膜炎均有明显的治疗作用。
An animal model of Staphy aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa conjunctivitis was established by injuring the superficial conjunctiva of rabbit eyes and then infecting it with Staphy aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. An obvious therapeutic effect of lomefloxacin eyedrop was showed in the experimental conjunctivitis.
