摘要
在手术过程中一次性应用足量广谱抗生素，分别观察外科手术病例１６７例（观察组）的抗感染疗效，并与术后常规连用２联以上抗生素的同期随机抽样病例１３０例（对照组）进行对照。结果表明，在术后体温、血象复查，切口愈合及引流培养等方面，两组临床效果相似（Ｐ＞０．０５），而在药物的毒副反应方面观察组显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）．研究认为，术中一次性应用抗生素预防术后感染，不仅经济、有效，且毒副反应少，可予外科临床推广。
Single dosage of antibiotic has been administered during operation for 167 cases In comparison with random sampling of 130 cases of the same disease type that had post-operation application of antibiotic,there are no striking contrast between the two groups as far as the temperature,blood image,white cell classification value,(P>0.05),and the healing of cuts are concerned.But the latter group's toxic by-effect is evidently higher than the former one.So we think that it is an effective way to prevent the post-operation infection by administering one single dose of antibiotic during operation.This method is practical and worth popularizing.
