摘要
本研究旨在探讨强力宁对大鼠被动型Ｈｅｙｍａｎｎ肾炎的保护作用。结果表明应用强力宁可干扰和去除肾小球上皮下原位免疫复合物形成，减轻肾组织的病理损害，减轻尿蛋白，有明显的改善血液流变学作用。
Laboratory of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital,Nantong Medical College In this paper,the effect of the administration of Potenlin on the Passive Hevmann's nephritis(PHN)is studied.Eighteen rats were divided in to 3 groups,group l served as the normal control group; group Ⅱ-Ⅲwere immunized with rabbit anti-FXIA serum to establish the model of PHN. (GroupⅡserved as the model control group; groupⅢserved as the therapy group.) During the observation period of 1 month,it appcared that Potenlin had a significant effect in the albumin,lipodemia,hemorheology and proteinuria caused by it,it showed a clear effect on the morphology of the PHN as well as on the deposition of immune complexes;the damage to the GBM as results of deposition of immune complexes was less.
