摘要
采用DantecUD 5000型六信道尿流动力学检查仪,20μgPGE_1诱导勃起,对16例心理性阳萎病人和6例截瘫并阳萎病人阴茎勃起中海绵体内压(ICP),腹压(AP)和坐骨海绵体肌肌电图(IEMG)进行了测定.发现心理性阳萎病人会阴肌收缩期(硬勃起期)ICP和IEMG明显高于勃起前和勃起期,且ICP与平均IEMG同步升高,其峰值呈直线正相关;截瘫并阳萎病人会阴肌无自主收缩,无ICP和IEMG峰值出现;所有受试者勃起过程中AP无明显变化.结果表明勃起肌参与勃起过程,主要在硬勃起期有重要作用.
The intracavenous pressure (ICP), rectal pressure (Abdominal pressure, AP) and EMG of ischiocavernous muscle (IEMG) during erection were recorded simultaneously by Dantec UD 5000 urodynamic investigation system. When the erection was induced by injecting 20 μg PGE1, there were maxium increase in ICP and IEMG during perineal muscle contraction. The duration of integrated IEMG bursts changed synchronously with the duration of phasicincrease in ICP, and the peak in integrated IEMG and the phasic increase in ICP showed a significant correlation. In 6 impotent patients with paraplegia, the perineal muscles did not contract, so that there were no phasic increase in ICP and IEMG. All subjects did not show AP changes during erection. Results show that erector muscle are involved in the process of erection and they play an important role at the rigitity phase.
