摘要
本文报告１１例左侧精索静脉曲张的双侧睾丸组织电镜观察结果。发现有曲细精管基膜增厚，毛细血管壁增厚，管腔狭窄，间质水肿及中晚期生精过程障碍等改变。虽然精索静脉曲张发生在单侧，但睾丸组织的病理变化是双侧的，并对上述超微结构变化加以讨论。
Testicular tissues of 11 patients with varicocele were studied by electron microscopy.The pathologic changes discovered were: the basement-membrane of the convoluted tubules and the wall of blood capillaries were thickened; edema of the mesen chyma; hindered spermatogenesis at intermediate to advanced stage; etc. Although varicocele itself was on the left side only, but bilateral pathologic changes were discovered.
