摘要
本研究共观察了69份精液标本.服雷公藤治疗前的21份中,未发现巨噬细胞;服药后的48份中,有23份中找见巨噬细胞.该细胞表面有大量微绒毛和胞突,胞质内初、次级溶酶体很多,吞噬有精子残体或变性的精子细胞,形成特异性的吞噬微囊.并观察到巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞在免疫诱异中相互作用的超微结构特点.
Sixty-nine semen specimens were observed with light and electron microscopy. No macrophage was found in 21 specimens obtained before administration of Triterygium wilfordii(TW), but was found in 23 of the 48 specimens taken after the administration. There were a largen number of cyloplasmic processes and microvilii on the surface, and primary and secondary lysosomes in cytoplasm. The debris of spermatozoon and degenerated spermatids were phagocytized by macrophages and specific phagomicrobursa were formed in the cytoplasm. Ultra-structural feature of macrophage-lymphocyte interaction in immune induction was observed in this study.
